Return Policies & Procedure:


The customer may return a product that has been ordered in, damage, defective, missing part or products. If the customer receive a damaged products, he or she should contact the assigned courier company or Fiducive Tech Pvt. Ltd within 3 days of delivery, while in other cases the return window is open for 7 days after delivery. After 7 days of delivery, we do not address customer concerns. 

Thank you for your patience while we rectified the issue.


In order to return any product, the customer must meet the following conditions:


1- The customer must contact us within 7 days of the delivery

2- The product should be in an unused and resalable condition.

3- The product should be in its original packaging including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact.

4- It is the customer’s responsibility to return the entire product with all accessories.

5- To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer needs to contact our team. 


Return Products are not eligible for Certain Categories of conditions:


After receiving, inspecting, and examining the returned product at our office or digital platforms, which indicates it meets the eligibility criteria, the refund process will begin. Refund approval or rejection depends upon the investigation carried out by the responsible team.


Once we initiate a refund, it will take approximately 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in the original payment method. However, you have used it during the purchase. In the case of a Credit Card the amount will be reflected in your account within (15-20 Days).


If the customer was charged any kind of tax by Fiducive Tech, the amount will be refunded on the payment gateway. 


Note: There will be no refund for customs duties, taxes, or VAT unless the product is delivered incorrectly, damaged, defective, or missing parts.
